Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

You also comply to the rules of Sancti Terras which are as follows: -All users must be at least 18 years old. No exceptions can be made, if your birthday is coming, please wait until after to register. All applicants under 18 will be removed as soon as noticed. Anyone who continues to sign up will be given an permanent IP ban. -All users by accepting this are stating that they're aware that this site may contain images of vulgarity, nudity, and possibly even gory. They may also encounter text which could vividly describe said images. However no one is required to partake in such threads and are easily able to remove themselves from them. -All users by accepting this are stating that they're aware this is a roleplaying site. Though you are free to use it strictly for the out of character section, any posts in a In character thread that dosn't belong will result in removal, second case will result in a 12 hour ban, third case a 3 day ban. Cases after will either result in permanent IP ban or vary after judgement of the team. -All users who accept agree that they are of 18 years old or older. This does not vary by country, state, nation, county, region, or continent, EVERYONE must be 18 years or older. -All users must speak English to a degree. It doesn't need to be your first language. You do not have to be perfect with it, as no one is, and I for sure am not. You must at least be able to read it and get an understanding, or be able to understand large paragraphs translated via translator. -All users must follow the lore. We are totally open to the ability to create everything to your desire. The problem is... We cant have everyone play Gods and murder everyone... No fun for the people who are interested in serious role playing. -All users must follow the rules given within the "Create a Character!" topics sticky'd thread. -All users must follow the rules given within the "My First Roleplay" post, given in the Roleplaying Topic. -Any material containing anything graphic (Nudity/Gore/Bood/Violence) must include tags that state so. [NSFW: Nudity] is an example if it contains nudity. -Don't be stupid. These aren't a large list of rules, giving freedoms for players to say things they want and have total character control, however admins will go out of there way to fix something you do that breaks rules that we didn't feel needed to be stated.
